The information you give us
When you enquire, we collect your name and email address. If you complete the form, we also receive the services you select, your company or website, your project description and any timing preference you provide. We keep relevant correspondence when we reply.
The first stage sends your contact details. On the live website, selecting Continue after entering your name and email shares those details with Charm. We may follow up about the enquiry you started even if you leave before completing the rest. Selecting Send enquiry later sends your project brief.
Using the form is your choice. We need your name and email to respond; the completed enquiry also asks for services, a company or website, and a brief so we can understand the project. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or automatically add you to a CRM.
Unsubmitted answers stay in the open page’s memory and clear when it reloads. Closing the form does not undo details already sent. A brief you download is saved on your device until you delete it. The standalone HTML preview, when opened directly from your device, creates a local brief without sending it to us.
Why we use it
To respond and discuss a project: our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, following up a conversation you start and managing prospective client relationships.To take steps towards a contract with you personally: where you request this, the processing necessary to take those steps before entering a contract.To run and protect the website: our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service, diagnosing faults and preventing misuse. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times. The enquiry endpoint uses a temporary IP-based counter to limit repeated requests.To understand use of this website: your consent to optional PostHog analytics, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings at any time.To meet legal requirements: where we must retain information or respond to a request under an applicable legal obligation.
We do not use the website form to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based only on automated processing. Form validation and security checks can reject invalid or excessive submissions.
Who receives it
Your enquiry reaches the Charm team and the providers needed to operate this website and our communications:
Vercel hosts the website and the server function that receives form submissions.Resend processes the contact details and project information to deliver the enquiry email to our team’s inbox.PostHog receives limited website usage events only if you accept analytics. We use its EU Cloud project and European ingestion endpoint.Our business email and calendar providers process the correspondence and appointments we handle with you.
If you choose Book an intro call, you leave this website and use Google Calendar. We receive the booking details needed to arrange your call. Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) explains its handling of information on that service.
We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to obtain advice, meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Processing outside the UK
Our PostHog EU Cloud project stores analytics data in Frankfurt. This describes the project’s hosting region, not a promise that every provider operation is confined to the EU. Our hosting and email delivery providers operate internationally, including in the United States, so information may be processed outside the UK. Their published processing terms provide for international transfer arrangements, including adequacy arrangements where applicable and contractual safeguards for UK data.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle the conversation, any resulting client relationship, and relevant business or legal records. We decide this by considering whether the enquiry or work is still active, whether follow-up is reasonably needed, and whether an obligation or potential dispute requires a record.
We use these criteria to decide when to delete or anonymise enquiry records. Contact us if you would like us to review information we hold about you.
Cookies and browser storage
Analytics is off by default. Accept analytics enables PostHog on the hosted website; Reject optional keeps it off. You can also choose in Cookie settings. Before acceptance, we do not load PostHog or send it events. The downloaded HTML preview never loads analytics, even if you accept.
We save your choice in browser local storage under charm.privacy.v2. It contains the controls version and whether analytics is allowed, not enquiry details. A previous notice acknowledgement does not count as consent. Your choice remains until you clear site storage or a new controls version requires another choice. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only for the open page.
With your permission, we record page views, selected projects and service stages, booking-link clicks, form-stage numbers, and whether contact details or an enquiry were successfully accepted. Events include random browser and session identifiers and basic browser, device and screen information. We do not identify you to PostHog using your enquiry, send field values or free text, send URL query strings or fragments, or record sessions. Automatic form, click and error capture, advertising pixels and heatmaps are disabled. We do not send referrer or campaign parameters.
PostHog’s browser identifiers and session information use local and session storage, with entries associated with charm.analytics. Local entries remain until you withdraw consent or clear site storage; session entries also end with the browser session. We do not include your IP address as an event property. Requests to PostHog still expose technical connection information to that provider; the connection is not anonymous.
Open cookie settings to change or withdraw consent. Turning analytics off stops new collection and clears this integration’s PostHog browser storage. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before it or delete events already received. Analytics records are kept while needed to understand and improve this website, subject to the project’s retention settings; contact us to request a review or deletion where applicable.
Opening or closing settings without saving does not change your choice. External websites, including Google Calendar, have their own storage and privacy practices when you visit them.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access your personal information, correct it, delete it or restrict its use. You may also have a right to receive information in a portable format where the legal conditions for that right apply.
You can object to use based on legitimate interests. Tell us about your situation and we will consider your objection. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Contact rafal@nourish.io to exercise these rights or to ask us not to follow up an enquiry.
Some rights have exceptions, including where information is needed to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim. We will explain the position in our response.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: make a complaint to the ICO (opens in a new tab) . You do not have to contact us first, although we would welcome the opportunity to resolve a concern.
Changes to this policy
We will update this notice when the website or our handling of information changes. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.

Enquiries and working with us
Our website describes the types of work we do and shows examples. Sending an enquiry, downloading a brief or booking an introductory call does not commit either of us to a paid project.
If we decide to work together, the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and any relevant data-processing arrangements will be agreed separately. A website description is not a promise of a particular commercial result.
Please provide accurate contact details and only share information you are entitled to give us. The form sends contact details at its first stage and the completed brief when you submit it, as explained in our privacy policy .
Using the website and its content
You may browse the website, share links to it and keep a copy of information to help you consider our services. Our branding, design, writing and artwork, and the material belonging to our clients or other owners, remain subject to the relevant intellectual property rights.
Please ask before reusing website content commercially. Permission from the relevant third-party owner may also be needed. Linking to the site must not falsely suggest that we endorse you or your business.
Do not use the site to send unlawful, fraudulent or abusive material, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or deliberately disrupt the website or enquiry service.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may change or be temporarily unavailable. Please confirm anything important to a proposed project directly with us.
Links to client websites and services such as Google Calendar are provided for convenience. Those websites are operated by others and have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not give us control over their content or availability.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nor do these terms remove any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Any responsibilities relating to services we supply will also be covered by the separate agreement for that work and the law that applies to it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle website enquiries, booking information and technical data. Using this website does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms as the site changes. Changes apply to future use of the website and do not rewrite an existing client agreement. The date at the top identifies this version.
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them removes any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim in a court that the law gives you.
